total dog mom here! as a millennial growing up I was so addicted to the idea of being as skinny as possible. you know those victoria secret models? that was a real thing and it’s literally what I strived to look like. it led me to have an eating disorder and grow up doing such extreme diets just to keep losing weight

after college I realized my journey was to start finding balance and ditch the extreme lifestyle…
